If your spare is unusable (flat, damaged, or missing), we can arrange a tow through the CruZen network or help you contact your insurance roadside coverage if you have it. Tow pricing depends on distance and vehicle type; you'll get a quote before accepting. Drive+ members get discounted tow rates.
Not at this time. Our dispatch system automatically assigns the nearest available CruZer to minimize your wait time. However, if you've had a great experience with a particular CruZer in the past, you can mention it in the app notes and we'll try to route them if they're nearby and available.
